Pelican Plunge!! at the pier-you must go!

This is actually a fun event and is free to watch. You can TAKE the dip for $24 (which supports local charities!) and party up afterwards. This is a very quick walk from Waterscape (beachfront or sidewalk!). It happens at the pier which you can see from our beachfront.

· Plunge Ticket: $24 – Access to pre & post activities. The first 100 registrants receive a 2024 Pelican Plunge long-sleeved shirt.
· Crab Out Ticket: $24 – Access to pre & post activities, excluding the plunge.
· Day-Of Tickets: $30 – Full access without the early savings.
· King Crab VIP Ticket: $400 – Limited availability. Includes a New Year’s Eve stay at The Island Hotel, $200 in dining certificates, and exclusive perks.

Sunday, Jan. 28, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Join us for the City of Fort Walton Beach's annual Mardi Gras Parade and Downtown Throwdown.
Parade floats line up at 10 a.m. along First Street between Eglin Parkway and Perry Avenue. The short parade kicks off at 11 a.m., traveling north on Eglin Parkway, right onto Perry Avenue, right onto Ferry Road and ending back at First Street.
The block of Ferry Road SE between First Street and U.S. Highway 98 will be closed so that Dikki Du and the Zydeco Krewe can entertain the crowd with live music until 4 p.m.
